PLEASE NOTE: Any individual believing in the principles of the Republican Party and intending generally to support its candidates shall be eligible for membership. Only Berkeley County residents with a VALID voter registration card who have voted in *2 of the last 3 state-wide primaries are eligible to be elected as party officers and delegates.
*An exception can be made for those ineligible die to age to vote in the last 3 state-wide primaries. Those who lived outside of SC for some or all of the last three state-wide primaries will have their voting record verified in their state or origin.
